Saving a few appealing trips is the easy part. The next step is to turn them into a request that can be checked. A useful shortlist does not need a long travel story, but it does need dates, party details and the connections that shape the visit.
Give each selected product a purpose
Start with the tour selection, stays and transport. Note what each choice adds: a bay day, a night afloat, a room ashore or a journey between places. If two choices fill the same part of the visit, decide whether they are alternatives or whether you intend to book both.
That distinction matters. A day cruise and the first day of an overnight cruise might both use the same available date. A package and a separately chosen transfer might include the same connection. Product names alone do not tell the team how you want them combined.
Put the fixed details first
Send the travel date and adult count, followed by every child’s age. Then add the fixed arrival and departure information: where the incoming journey ends, where the party will stay and any onward ticket or flight that must be met.
A pickup location is useful when it is known. If it is not settled, say so. The same approach applies to cabin preferences and room choices. An explicit question gives the team something to check; an invented detail creates the wrong plan.
Keep inclusions tied to their product
Read each inclusion and exclusion list while reviewing the shortlist. A transfer, a meal or a kayak included in one product is not automatically included in the next. The same applies to accommodation: a room ashore and a cruise cabin are separate services unless the chosen package joins them.
Use the current product and booking panel for prices. For an overnight or combo request, availability and the final arrangements may need confirmation. Do not treat saving a product or preparing an enquiry as holding space on a boat.
Send the question that remains
If two options seem similar, tell us the difference that matters to you: time on land, cabin arrangement, the starting port or the onward connection. Include the product names so the reply refers to the same choices you have been comparing.
Use the contact page or WhatsApp (+44) 7450 136010 to continue. Keep the resulting confirmation with the selected date and party details. That gives you a clear reference for what has actually been arranged.
